US-Asia Institute Trustee and seasoned entertainment and media attorney Mr. Tom Ara, Co-Chair of DLA Piper’s Entertainment Finance and Transactions Practice, has represented diverse clients within the media and entertainment industry and provided legal advice on a multitude of transactions on a global scale.
