Madrid-based IPT partner Paula Gonzalez de Castejon comments on the Spanish Government's plans to impose further restrictions on advertising, weeks after introducing a ban on betting on youth sports. She said: “The wording of the resolution concludes that online gambling operators having obtained a singular license for bets (in any of its modalities) cannot include in their programme of bets any games which are exclusively or mainly played by minors.”
