Dr Michael Stulz-Herrnstadt is a highly regarded lawyer in the fields of regulatory and public law, with particular expertise in the media, telecommunication, entertainment and gambling sector.

His practice focus is advising national and international companies in the area of media regulation law (broadcasting, telecommunication, online, media anti-trust law, youth protection, advertising, freedom of information law), the gaming or gambling law, the postal and transportation law as well as the constitutional law. 

Michael also regularly represents his clients before regulatory bodies and in administrative court proceedings. He has extensive litigation experience and has successfully supported his clients throughout fundamental and lengthy proceedings up to the Federal Administrative Court or the Federal Constitutional Court.
